- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are filled Monday through Friday and shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders within 30 miles of Coleman, Michigan can be delivered free of charge, all other orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Each Cookie Jar & Co. order is shipped separately and carefully packaged to ensure perfect arrival. Please check all of your addresses carefully. - Arrival Dates & Timely Delivery
- Delivery dates may be impacted by extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.
- Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges
- When delivering cookies or gifts to these types of addresses, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department at the location. It is then the responsibility of this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient.
